FOUNDER STORY
I am Samuel Ngu, and I founded The Crowned Bowman Framework with a clear mission: to equip growth-minded individuals with the strategies, tools, and templates they need to unlock their potential and live with purpose.
From selling food in Africa as a child to helping my mother build a business portfolio, I've navigated every level of enterprise and adversity. As a teenager, I fled political oppression, arriving in the U.S. alone with nothing but a suitcase and a vision. While building a new life, I supported my family in a war zone, funded my brother's education, and mastered resilience, adaptation, and strategic execution in corporate America.
Leveraging both corporate experience and equine-assisted learning, I help leaders craft actionable strategies, refine narratives, and drive measurable results through data-driven insights. My expertise spans business efficiency, leadership performance, and workforce dynamics.

Sales and business management for grandma's business. Walked from city to city as an adolescent, selling groceries and spices at marketplaces and bus stops. Prior affiliate marketing experience.
Helped build AMUCEN Enterprises into a success business. Services included bonds, loans, credit cards, investment assets.
Observed and reviewed high-level mediations with U.S. Bankruptcy and District Judges; assessed LA's ADR court program; earned Congressional Recognition for delivering mediation training to the Florence gang community in partnership with the Department of Business Affairs.
Researched, analyzed, and prepared presentations to close IR clients (Sell & buy side). Managed bank, asset management, REIT, Semi-conductor, and other clients and their IR calls.
Help close multiple M&A projects, landing a $200M client and securing $300K in M&A service deals in my first 3-6 months.
Fund analysis, fund activities (mergers, liquidations, strategy changes, new funds, SA Changes, restructuring) to improve marketability and increase IM profitability. Cumulative incremental IM benefit of > $4M in just under two years.
Author of 5+ books. Coach and business advisor to young executives, entrepreneurs, leaders, and young professionals. Protocol Liaison for a King and Global Envoy to multiple African countries. Currently, a horseman (equine) in training.
